Kariss originates from Gainesville, Florida. She earned her Bachaelor of Arts Degree from the Uiniversity of South Florida, and her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University.
Kariss is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida and practices in construction litigation. It is her passion for real estate and her willingness to go beyond what is expected that makes Kariss a great asset at Gainey Property Ventures (GPV). She believes it is these same attributes that will help cultivate growth and success within the company for years to come.
Kariss's five years of working in multiple capacities in the legal community as well as her networking skills with local businesses, investors, and community members keeps GPV operating at its best and most efficient.
In her free-time, Kariss enjoys mentoring the youth, free-lance writing, and going to the beach.
Ciera Gainey
Chief Operating Officer

Ciera serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Gainey Property Ventures. Ciera earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida, and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Ciera is a licensed attorney in both the state of Florida and the state of Georgia. Her extensive legal knowledge gives her keen insight on the local ordinances, building codes, and regulations to help GPV successfully complete each investment project.
As COO, Ciera supervises all daily operations at GPV including marketing and sales. Additionally she assists with developing and implementing strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to enhance the company's growth.
In her spare time Ciera enjoys traveling, singing, and composing music of all kinds.

Frank Gainey
Chief Financial Officer
Gainesville, FL
Frank was born in Gainesville, Florida. He is a licensed real estate agent and entrepreneur. Frank works alongside our in-house general contractors in both remodeling and new construction.
This real estate mogul hopes to utilize his years of experience in property management, real estate sales, and construction to help catapult GPV to new heights in order to uplift and better serve the community.
As CFO, Frank manages, analyzes, and prepares GPV's financial statements to maintain the financial-related activities of the company.
