The beginning
The founders of Gainey Property Ventures were born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. Their interest in real estate manifested as children as they watched their father become a Florida licensed General Contractor and create a construction and roofing business. Their mother, who worked in property and auto insurance serves as Vice President of the construction business as well. The exposure to new construction and home remodeling ignited a passion in them for community development and improvement.
As they grew older, Ciera and Kariss went on to attend law school. Frank took up studies in finance, obtained a Florida Realtor License, and began work alongside their father with residential and commercial property renovations and new construction.
They are excited to reunite in their hometown to bring new opportunites and positive change to their community and many others. Their goal is to use their knowledge and skills to not only make an impact on physical land, but to also leave a long-lasting impact on the lives of many community members.
